Kima Ventures Interview Process
Stage 1 — Written screening about why venture and what excites you. Stage 2 — Investment memo exercise on 4-5 companies: invest or pass, with reasoning. Stage 3 — Live interview with a GP who describes startups in real time and asks whether you would invest. Speed and clarity matter more than the "right" answer.
Kima Ventures Careers
One of the best training grounds in European VC. You will see more companies in a month than you would in six months at most other funds. The team screens for outliers over pedigree — non-traditional backgrounds are welcomed.
